This organ was originally installed in 1896 in Elmira in the "mansion of the late Congressman J. Sloan Fassett which was" ... "razed to make way for a new home for J. Arnot Rathbone ...." The William King & Son organ was purchased in 1929 by St. Vincent de Paul's Church in Corning.
Organ relocated without any change.
Identified by Tom Pedicone, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
Located in choir loft of church, (as you look from the stairs of the loft) Pipes to the left and console to the right. Organ is regular use and is regularly maintained as of 2016.
