This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ.

It is not definitively known if this was a new organ in 1935, or the new installation of a used pipe organ. There was talk that the organ might have come second-hand from a theatre in St. Mary's, Ohio. If this is the case, then it was either the Regent Theatre or the Strand Theatre - both of which had Page instruments installed.
