The organ itself appears to be in reasonably good condition, although the tuning scrolls on several pipes in the Swell division need repair to stabilize them and ensure good tuning. The organ appears to be a Schantz rebuild of a 1940s Moller. This means that the whole organ is on pitman chests, which design has proven itself very reliable. -- from an organ inspection by Don Daley of Schaedle Pipe Organ Services, 12 Oct 2020
The contract was for a new console for an existing organ.
