"Chorophone" model, originally built in 1924 for J. Frykman Residence, San Francisco, California. Relocated to Vic Ferrer Residence in San Francisco and modified.

Vic Ferrer acquired Opus 1254 in March 2016. Three additional ranks (Nazard, Mixture III and Oboe) were added in 2016 by Swain & Keates of San Francisco. Previously, Robert Pearsons of San Francisco did renovation work in 1991.
