Jim Stettner on November 7th, 2023:
The Wicks organ was sold to a church in Minnesota for parts, and not to be reinstalled as a complete transplanted instrument.

Database Manager on May 14th, 2019:
The organ is now (May, 2019) for sale. The new Music Dir. asked the Oratory to cancel their signed contract with Christopher Soer for the renovation of the Wicks (which was already under-way), so that the Oratory could purchase the 1991, 3-manual Karl Wilhelm, Opus 123, in storage and originally built for First Presbyterian church in Syracuse, New York.

Database Manager on May 2nd, 2018:
A new 3-manual Wicks console was installed in the 1960s. There is also a 1-manual movable console in the Sanctuary. Some stops were added in the 1980s or 1990s.

Database Manager on May 2nd, 2018:
Christopher J. Soer is undertaking a restoration of the organ.
