Contract: June 1955
Rebuild Hillgreen, Lane, Op. 483 (1917) as follows:
• Remove all lead tubing from the present organ and equip all chests with electro-pneumatic action
• All chests put in first-class condition
• Provide and install a new swell engine
• Furnish and install a new two-manual console
• Fit metal pipes with new tuning slides
• Furnish and install a new Tremolo
• Furnish and install a new low-voltage rectifier
• Clean, tune, and regulate
