This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ.
Identified by Scot Huntington, citing information from this publication: Schlicker opus list..
The organ was installed in a third-floor practice room of the Dorothy Dickson Darte Center for the Performing Arts. The organ case was Schlicker's "institutional blond oak" finish, cost $12,150 (an increase of $4,400- 58%!- over the identical instrument installed just 3 years previously), and was installed by Wally Guzowski after being shipped on February 25, 1976. Unused in recent years, the organ was acquired by David Lennington of Towanda, Pennsylvania, in October, 2018.
