Originally installed Fifth Presbyterian Church, Chicago; relocated to Millard Congregational Church, Chicago, in ca. 1900; the church closed and the organ was sold in 1996 to Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, Madison, Wisconsin, restored by J. C. Taylor, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and installed in the East Transept in 1997.
