Via correspondence with parish musician, Linda Thornton, in May 2020:
About the 1999 Letourneau organ: the trumpet is extended for the pedal reeds, and the lowest octave of the viola is actually the stopped diapason.
The Erben organ that was installed in the early part of the 20th C. burned when the church did in 1949. The replacement was a Kilgen, part of which is presently in St. Andrew's by the Sea in Nags Head, I believe.
