Rebuild of an 1815 organ built by an unknown builder which replaced the Feyring organ, but installed in the original case. "In 1815, an unknown organ maker largely replaced the Feyring organ. This anonymous model lasted untfl 1829 when Henry Corrie replaced it with his own model." - Information from **OLD ST. F. Lee Richards, Rector of st. Peter's Church (1970-1985)], p. 100. Vestry Minutes (1829) April 24: Organ builder Henry Corrie submits estimate to repair organ. Jan. 29: Henry Corrie has dissembled the second organ, which replaced the Feyring organ, "for the purpose of using the material for the new one which he is to build." Nov. 29: New organ by Henry Corrie debuted at the Advent Sunday service; some of the old pipes were re-used for the new instrument. [The pipes and internal workings of the Corrie organ were installed in the 1767 Feyring case.] Vestry Minutes (1848) April 18: Estimates given to repair the organ. Church Cash Book (1848) Aug 19; Oct 25; Dec 30; Jan. 18: Henry Corrie paid $222 for repair work to the organ. Vestry Minutes (1855) April 17: Organ maker (and organist at Christ Church at some point) John C.B. Standbridge reports that the 1829 Corrie organ "was beyond repair."
