Jim Stettner on January 8th, 2021:

This organ was originally built for an AGO Convention in Denver, Colorado, and it was briefly installed in Whatley Chapel at Denver Women's College. Shortly thereafter it was relocated to St. James Episcopal Church in LaGrange, Texas. When it was replaced there ca. 2007, it was acquired by the Quimby Organ Co. for installation in a chapel to-be-built here at Holy Cross Lutheran. The church has a large McManis in their sanctuary. But the chapel never materialized, and the organ has been in storage.

It has been gifted to the Lutheran High School of Kansas City for their auditorium, and is scheduled to be installed there by Quimby in early 2021.
