The original builder was E. & G. G. Hook (1869, Opus472).
Moved from Grace Episcopal, Oak Park, IL in 1902. Electrified and chambered on original windchests. Acquired by Richard Hass in 1991 for eventual installation at Divine Infant, R. C., Westchester, IL. (Plans to use chassis of 1885 Hook & Hastings Op. 1252, built for Christ Episcopal, Norfolk, VA.) On OCH for sale list 1996.
