I maintain the pipe (and pipe mechanisms) of this instrument. There are two St. Francis of Assisi churches. The old building is located downtown, it contains an Estey organ relocated by R. Bond. The new building, located in the suburbs, contains a Rodgers hybrid instrument. It appears that the pipe part of the Rodgers was subcontracted out to a pipe organ builder. The action is simple electric valves. To my knowledge the Rodgers is the only instrument installed in this building. I don't know of any evidence that a Robert Morton organ was installed here.

This was organ consists of a donated 5 rank Balcom and Vaughan which was donated in the early 2000s. Then the church had Rodgers install a hybrid organ built with the original pipes and an electronic Rodgers 950 series. Warning: if anybody plays this organ as I did: the real pipes are all exposed and are significantly louder than the electronic ones. The 8' Principal is SUPER loud! - Philip Powell
