Paul R. Marchesano on February 19th, 2025:
I have found evidence in local newspapers that this rebuilding took place in 1910, at a cost of $1,800...indicating builder name as Tellers-Sommerhoff. The builder’s name isn’t given in the newspaper reports. Information received online from Andrew Henderson on 2025-02-18

Jim Stettner on June 19th, 2021:
Identified from notes in the OHS Database account for the original Johnson & Son. This was the electrifications of the Johnson with no tonal changes, but including modifications to the wind system and installation of a blower. The original facade pipe stenciling is extant.
