Jim Stettner on November 20th, 2021:

This entry represents the installation of a used organ and components by the owner - Jason D. Klinger. Identified by posts from the owner on Facebook Residence Pipe Organ Building & Repair. The basis of this organ is [part of] the Aeolian residence organ (Opus 1420) originally built for the Buffalo, New York residence of William A. Morgan. It was a II/20 contracted in 1918 and shipped in January, 1919. Original cost was $20,000.00. The organ has a roll-player.

The 10 ranks installed as of November 2021 are: (Great) Diapason, Melodia, Dulciana, Aeoline and Trumpet; (Swell) Stopped Flute, Salicional, Celeste, Vox Humana, and Orchestral Oboe. The 16' bass is presently supplied by a Wicks free-reed unit.
