Jim Stettner on September 13th, 2022:

This entry represents a new owner and home for an existing organ. Originally built for Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. Declared surplus and sold through sealed bid in 2005. Intended to be installed in the Graham residence, but never happened. The organ has been in heated storage for many years. Advertised on Facebook Pipe Organ Garage Sale as 'Free to a good home" in September, 2022.
