Reported in *The Post-Crescent*, 15 August 1929: **ADD IMPROVEMENTS TO WAUPACA CHURCH** Install New Oil Heating System and $5,500 Pipe Organ Special to Post-Crescent Waupaca -- Improvements, consisting of redecoration, new lighting system, reshingling and the installing of a new oil heating system amounting to over $2,500, not including the new two manual Barton pipe organ costing 5,500 which will be ready for service Sept 10, is under way at the Methodist church.
