Paul R. Marchesano on April 18th, 2023:

"A New Organ. A new and superb organ has been completed by Messrs. Ferris & Co., of N.Y., for the Fourth Baptist Church, Fifth and Buttonwood streets. This organ has 28 stops, two sets of keys and two octaves, pedal base. The peculiar sweetness and blending of the several stops is an attractive feature, whilst the solo stops are exceedingly fine. The organ is a most excellent one, and will no doubt give satisfaction to those who worship at this church. A public exhibition of its qualities is to be given in a few days."
