From *The Leader-Post* (Regina, December 27, 1913): "The new pipe organ of Westminster Presbyterian Church arrived in the city early in the week, and is at present being installed in the church. It is expected that the instrument will be ready about the second or third week of January. It was built for Westminster Church by the Warren Church Organ Co., of Woodstock, Ontario, and before shipping it from the factory the firm had it set up there and gave an organ recital to the citizens of Woodstock, at which it received very favorable comment from prominent musicians of that place. The organ is fitted with chimes, which will be a new feature in Regina pipe organs, and i s a 3-manual instrument with 40 speaking stops and more than 2,000 pipes. It will be among the finest organs in the city. The cost will be about $8,000." The organ was opened on March 16, 1914. The instrument was rebuilt with a new electro-pneumatic console by William F. Legge of Burford, Ontario, in the summer of 1947. Further restoration work was carried out by Dr. Howard D. Hart of Saskatoon Pipe Organ Services, between 1970-1972. According to Richard H. Buck, "the manual chests were originally ventil stop action and Roosevelt units. Dr. Hart from Saskatoon installed Reisner relays and Reisner direct electric units. Golden Eagle Organ Co. installed a Musicom system."
