Per Jim Klock, former member of Zion's, Zion's German Evangelical Lutheran and St. James Lutheran congregations merged in 1959 and became Good Shepherd Lutheran.
Good Shepherd worships in the St. James Lutheran building, and additions were made to the building at some time after the merger.
Zion's building was torn down, the property sold, and a residence is now on the site.
