Jim Stettner on September 19th, 2023:
This entry represents tonal modifications to an existing, used instrument. The Pedal 16' Bourdon extension was scaled small since the organ had been a practice instrument at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. Now installed in a much larger space, it was inadequate. The pipes were re-scaled larger and augmented to make the 16' Bourdon an independent register and the 5th rank in the organ. Identified from email correspondence with David Engen on Sept. 18, 2023.
