The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania • Sat, Mar 10, 1883, Page 2:
"A Roosevelt organ has been provided at an expense of $10,000, which has all the latest improvements, a fabulous number of stops, and arrangements by which merely pressing a pedal puts on an entire set of combinations. The maker pronounces this instrument the best that be has yet constructed."
Later in the year there were several notices of concerts on the new Roosevelt organ.
