Jim Stettner on August 3rd, 2025:
This entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified through online information from Facebook posts by Manuel Rosales and from the Trinity Church website. A question was raised about whether or not the new instrument contained any retained pipework from the previous Aeolian-Skinner instrument. I initiated contact with Manuel Rosales who kindly responded via Facebook Messenger the evening of August 2, 2025. This was his response: "All Gallery pipes are new and custom made in Portugal, Germany, Spain and manual reeds in England. The 32’ Trombone (unit) and other pedal reeds were made by A.R. Schopps. All Chancel pipes are new and custom made in Germany and all reeds by A.R. Schopps and Sons. All windchests, bellows and both consoles were made by GGO in Germany. There are no used or refurbished pipes or mechanisms." The only items retained were the historic gallery 1846 Erben case and the chancel 1901 Hook & Hastings cases.
