Jim Stettner on April 27th, 2024:

This entry represents the relocation and electrification of an 1874 Johnson and Son (Op. 432) with installation in a private residence in New Marlboro, Mass. The organ was given back to Trinity Episcopal, Lime Rock in Lakeview, Connecticut in 1982 and reinstalled by Gordon Auchincloss. It was again replaced by another electronic imitation and the organ chamber converted to a chapel, and was removed in 2001 by Czelusniak et Dugal. It is currently in storage and for sale, but in need of restoration.

Related Instrument Entries: Gordon S. Auchincloss (1982) , Johnson & Son (variant of Wm. Johnson & Son). (Opus 432, 1874)
