In a 11/8/2025 conversation with the Rev. John Odom (Executive Presbyter of the Presbytery of Genesee Valley), he stated that the Irondequoit congregation held their last service in September 2025 before disbanding. The status of the building and organ is unknown.

Updated through online information from Andrew Henderson (August 4, 2025): The Rochester Democrat & Chronicle (November 9, 1994) reported the installation of a Kilgen organ to be dedicated on November 13, 1994.

This entry represents the installation of a used organ. Identified through online information from Mark A. Smith (June 4, 2025): This instrument was moved from the St. Joseph's Hospital Nurses' Chapel in its original state, and is installed in a chamber in the front of the room. The 1926/27church building previously had an unspecified instrument they obtained after World War II. (Source= IPC website)
