Jim Stettner on July 23rd, 2025:
This entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified through Facebook posts by Chripstoph Wahl and Wahl Organbuilders (July 21, 2025): The casework is of riftsawn white oak painted with linseed oil paint of seven different colors plus 23k gold leaf. The keydesk is of white oak, walnut, holly, and boxwood. The keys are of cow bone and blackwood. The majority of the metal pipework was made by Luca Scotti of Scotti Giuseppe of Crema, much of it after late 19th century patterns. The Rohrflute is from an E. & G.G. Hook organ from 1860. The wood pipes were made in the Wahl workshop. Ronald Wahl, Christoph Wahl, and Jonathan Borchardt designed, constructed, voiced, and installed the instrument.
