According to the contract, the organ's facade pipes were "Aluminum - decorated.". It reads "Tubular Pneumatic Action throughout." And while it specifies a water motor, it also notes that a "wheel or handle must be provided to work the bellows by hand, if motor should get out of order." The oak case (which still exists, fronting a 1924 Kilgen, OHS #8603) was to be built "according to the Architect's design."

The 1902 Schaefer case/facade was retained by Kilgen to house their new organ in 1924. Unknown if any of the Schafer pipework was retained.
This entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified through online information from Ronald Damholt (September 22, 2025).
