Andrew Henderson on December 27th, 2025:

From the Wisconsin State Journal (Madison, WI, March 14, 1874): “The Congregational Organ - happening round by the Congregational Church — where, by the way, the pews are all in, and things begin to look a good deal like “meeting” — we observe that the new organ, built by Marshall Bros., of Milwaukee, which is about a third larger than any other organ in the city, has arrived, and will be set up and put up as rapidly as possible, though the process will probably require some three weeks. The organ made two car loads of freight.”
