Originally in Chapel of St. James the Less Cemetery, Toronto, ON. Rebuilt by John Fyall. Sold to St. James Anglican, Manitock [Manotick, ON?] where case was refinished by Regal Woodworking of Ottawa. Sold to Carleton Universtiy in 1985. Not playable in 1996.
