Known from a July 1905 report in the newspapers of the organ in 7 crates in a seaboard freight warehouse where a fire broke out the night before. Reports were that the organ escaped damage. Later, The Tampa Tribune of 09/24/1905 mentions that ‘the new organ for the Catholic church, which has recently been completed will be used this morning’. Certainly by September the organ was being used but we have no details about it. See DOCUMENTS tab for clippings.

The organ may have been a temporary loaner from the later builder (Pilcher) or an unrelated organ installed with the erection of the church. It was replaced in 1911 by Henry Pilcher's Sons Opus 721.
