Updated by J. A. Hefner, listing conversations with this person as the source of the information: Catherine Wilson (Greene County Historical Society).
According to Catherine Wilson of Greene County Historical Society, Trinity Methodist Church was built in 1864, "improved" in 1954, and torn down in 1972 (after the churches merged - the OHS photo looks to be from that time).
The historical society has a program for the dedication recital given in 1895.
Updated by J. A. Hefner, listing this website as a source of information: https://mapcarta.com/21398754.
The address registered on Mapcarta shows the church as being on the corner of Monroe Dr. and Main Str./US-35 Business Rt. That location is an empty lot; the two Xenia Methodist churches merged in 1970, moving to a new building in 1972.
To John S. Stanton, Dayton, OH , then to Randy McCarty, Seattle, WA; then to Epiphany Episcopal, Chehalis, WA.
