Updated by Steven Bartley, listing this website as a source of information: http://saintpetersdc.org/home/history.

Photos and information about the history of St. Peter's - On March 17, 1940 the church suffered a fire and all that was left were a few walls. Possibly church records will reveal if any of the organ was left to salvage. The building was restored on the same foundation, using what walls were left. In this was in this newly renovated building that the Lewis & Hitchcock organ was installed. Erben pipe work may have been part of the instrument.

Database Manager on October 30th, 2004:

The original builder was Henry Erben.
