There are two unidentified additional opus numbers on the Kilgen opus list associated with the edifice and organ. The entry for Central Presbyterian also has Opus 4551, 1930. And a note in parenthesis says: (sold to B'Nai Temple). Under the B'Nai Temple listing it has Opus 5703 and (pulley). In an added note in parenthesis it says: (This is for old job #4190 sold with the church to these people. Was central Presby.).

"Rebuild of a 1907 tubular pneumatic Kilgen installed in their 1906 building. The 1906 building and organ were sold to B'nai El Temple in 1930. Central Presbyterian moved to 7700 Davis Dr. and Hanley in Clayton, MO (see Saint Louis (Clayton)) where their new building contained Kilgen, Op. 4561, a 3m. of 1930."
