Echo severely damaged by air-conditioning installers in 1975, disconnected and pipes removed by Austin; Chimes action replaced and Ramshorn releathered in 2002; work in 2003 by Austin Organ Service Co. included reactioning the main organ windchests, rebuilds of the large wind pressure regulator bellows and two expression engines, as well as miscellaneous repairs.

The key failure results from expected deterioration of fine leather materials used in the construction of 622 small bellows that service the pipes"
