Updated through online information from Charles Eberline [May 12, 2026]: Stephen Pinel's Erben book gives further details; notably, he stated that the 1855 Henry Erben organ documented as ID 2824 was "a major reconstruction of the 1838 instrument."
Identified through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- The American Musical Directory, Thomas Hutchinson, New York, 1861 reports "Size of organ--2 banks keys, 24 stops, 2 octaves pedals. Built by H. Erben, in 1838."
"Nearly as large as that in Grace [Episcopal] Church [New York]" [Grace was 3m.]. Gothic style. The church later had an 1855 Erben. Bldg. was 1835
