Note from Organ ID: 6215: Previously had 1886 Hilbourne Roosevelt, Op. 237 (3-31r )Tr; then Austin Op. 464 3-31s and 2-17s (24r?) Chancel organ with 2 consoles.

Updated through on-line information from Brian Michael Page. -- The Austin organ was replaced by a large mechanical instrument by Casavant Freres in 1972 - four manuals, over 120 ranks. The Casavant is located in the north transept of the Cathedral. The Austin has been removed, and the gallery is empty.
