Updated through online information from Ron Yeater. -- The church closed ca. 1980. The building is now a restaurant/caterer called 9th Street Abbey. The organ was removed and dispersed.

Extant lists show the building was originally St. John's Evangelical but that was a previous location. Extant lists also show it as Holy Ghost Evangelical, currently unidentified. Holy Trinity Slovak closed in 1984. Congregation was merged with St. John Nepomuk.
