Updated through online information from T. Daniel Hancock. -- Following torrential rains on May 1-2, 2010, the organ was damaged by flooding in the building; the console and blowers weres submerged. Restoration work, inlcluding duplication of the console, was completed over the next year and a half by the Milnar Organ Company and Schoenstein Organ Company, and is reported as complete as of May 2012.

Updated through online information from Stephen Hall. -- The organ is in regular use by the Symphony, and for regularly scheduled lunch time solo recital series. The organ is also used at least once a year for silent film accompaniment. Perhaps its most unusual function for a concert hall instrument is providing music for weddings as the hall and its banquet facilities are frequently used as a wedding venue.
