Organ acquired from a residence in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Installed in the Rose Theatre by Century Pipe Organs of Minneapolis, Century Pipe Organ Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota, with assistance from the River City Theatre Organ Society of Omaha, Nebraska, handling as much of the initial installation work as possible.
