Speaking from "two fully enclosed chambers located on either side of the proscenium arch", the organ was restored in 1971-1973 by members of the Motor City Chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society. The console is located on a "four-poster Barton lift, which can raise the console from the floor of the pit to stage level." -- *1995 OHS Handbook*
