Josh Sellner on June 3rd, 2023:
This church was located a bit northwest of New Prague, Minnesota. The city of Jordan, Minnesota is also a few miles distant. It was not in the St. Cloud/Collegeville area. The church has since been demolished, but the cemetery remains. According to the original factory ledger, Vogelpohl & Spaeth completed a new organ for St. Benedict parish in October of 1905 at a cost of $1,050.00.

David Engen on April 14th, 2021:
St. Benedict is now part of Harvest of Hope Catholic Community, consisting of four parishes: St. Anthony, St. Martin, St. Benedict, Seven Dolors. Facebook pictures do not identify which church is which, and there is only one that shows organ pipes in the chancel from an old organ. All are in the orbit of St. John's University in Collegeville nearby.

Database Manager on May 22nd, 2016:
Updated through online information from Roland R. Rutz. <br>This instrument was restored and relocated to the International School Chapel, Kodaikanal, India in 2014 by the Rutz Organ Company, Inc of Morristown, Minnesota. The pedal was electrified so that the Bourdon 16' is also available at 8' and a 16' Fagott was added.
