Additional details from the 50th Anniversary of the Sage Chapel Organ brochure: "In May 1909 a new contract was placed with the Ernest M. Skinner Company of Boston for a price of $12,000 and a completion date of October 15.

COMBINATIONS: Swell 1-2-3-4-5, Great 1-2-3-4, Choir 1-2-3, Solo 1-2, Pedal 1-2-3
Balanced Swell, Balanced Choir and Solo, Balanced Crescendo, Sforzando, Great to Pedal Reversible
DETAILS: No stopped basses on normally open stops. All basses of the larger winded stops on separate chests. The reeds and selected flue stops to be voiced on heavy wind pressure. The organ to be erected in the Chapel, tuned and left ready for use. The action to be electro-pneumatic. Suitable electric blowing machinery, exclusive of wiring. Present case work to be used with such additional display pipes as are necessary to conceal the Pedal 32' Diapason. No mason's or builder's work to be included in this contract."
