This instrument is: Extant and Playable in this location

Database Manager on February 26th, 2006:

Identified through on-line information from Peter Geise. -- The organ was electrified in 1950 by the Kohl Organ Co. of Rochester, NY. In the 1960s it was displaced by an electronic organ, the speakers for which were placed on top of the Great windchest. The pedal division was discarded to make way for a closet. The Swell division of 7 ranks, however, remains largely intact, although it is suffering from 40 years of neglect. The double-rise reservoir and feeder bellows are extant as is the blower.
