According to Dr. William Worden, the two consoles could not be played at the same time. The room seats around 1,800.

Instrument removed and distroyed somewhere around Spring of 2017 based on information from Jamie Owens.

Updated by René Le Grand, naming this as the source of information: \"Tremont Temple Sketch Book\", St. Botolph Press, Boston, 1896: 53 /66 p. (no page numbers). <br> The former organ was \"the gift of M. Elisha Converse of Maiden, and was manufactured by Messrs. Jesse Woodbury & Company of Boston.\" (Op. cit., p. 53.)

Updated through on-line information from Lowell Ray Anderson. -- The console described above is in the organ loft, in the center of the picutre. There is an identical movable console on the main floor of the sanctuary. The organ has not been used for several years due to the cost of needed repairs. An electronic organ is being used in its place.
