Updated through online information from T. Bradford Willis, DDS. -- This information about the organ builder was found on an Organ Recital Program dated May 12, 1905 at the Carroll Chapel, Professor Rudolf Hoffmann, organist. He was a professor of music at Baylor University and the organist at the Austin Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, South.

Updated through online information from T. Bradford Willis, DDS. -- An extensive fire destroyed most of the Carroll Chapel in 1922; the building now houses the Texas Collection of Baylor University. The 1903 organ had facade pipes which were stenciled.

Updated through online information from T. Bradford Willis, DDS. -- According to a Dallas Morning News article dated April 20, 1903, the pipe organ cost $3,500.

Identified through online information from T. Bradford Willis, DDS. -- The 1903 pipe organ was located in the F. L. Carroll Chapel at Baylor University. The building and organ cost $75,0000. A fire later destroyed much of the chapel.
