Identified by William Dunklin, using information found in David Junchen "The Wurlitzer Pipe Organ, An Illustrated History".
-- Wurlitzer moved opus 745, a Style 109, to the Nordland Theatre in Cincinnati in 1927. At the Forest Theatre, opus 745 was replaced by Wurlitzer opus 1316.
