This is a rebuild of an existing organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
This was the enlarging of the 2 year old Estey with a new HUGE Kilgen stopkey console and Kilgen additions plus used Wurlitzer additions. The house sat vacant for many years after Sprague's death. It was on the market for $1,300,000.00. It was finally sold and the new owner is interested in having the organ restored.
