According to PSTOS website, this much-travelled and much-altered instrument left Lewiston in 1934! An incarnation of it made its way to Juneau, Alaska in the late 1970s, but given it had had half its ranks swapped out and gone through several different consoles in umpteen different homes, it's difficult to say #569 still exists in any meaningful sense.
