Database Manager on March 5th, 2011:

Updated through on-line information from David Michael Kenney, Sr.. -- Curiously the organ's nickname is "Oscar." I am unaware of the origin of that name, but when I played the organ years ago, the organist "introduced" the Andover as "Oscar." This organ replaced a 1930 Möller organ.

Database Manager on September 7th, 2008:

Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- Red oak case with 3-sectional facade containing 39 pipes arranged: 17-5-17. Great has a half-draw 2' Fifteenth/IV Mixture. Swell has a half-draw 2-2/3' Nasard/II Sesquialtera. The Swell 8' Cremona is prepared-for. The Pedal 16' Subbass is mechanically unified to play at 16-8-4. The Pedal 16' Trombone is prepared-for. And the Pedal 8' Trumpet is duplexed from the Great. The organ was a gift of William E. Keister in memory of his parents. It cost $110,000.00. With the intended preparations, the organ would be 15 independent registers, 15 stops (drawknobs), 16 ranks, and 900 pipes. Source: Andover files; newspaper article w/photos.
