Jim Stettner on March 16th, 2026:

This entry represents the installation of a used organ. Originally built for the Capitol Theatre in Vancouver, BC. as a Style 260 Special. It was purchased at auction in 1965 and removed over three months. It was stored at Jim's father's home (Ted Tarling - who also had a used Wurlitzer). A house addition was built in 1972 to house the organ, and it was installed after the construction completion.

Michael Dirk on February 24th, 2026:

After 50+ years in Jim Tarling's home, opus 1657 was packed up May 2025 by John Struve, and transported to Toronto where it resides in temporary storage, soon to be installed in an instrument museum in Orangeville, NE suburb of Toronto. Jim passed Nov 8, 2025 at the age of 81.
